Social media platforms have all but taken over, and when it comes to SEO, they are a huge part of the strategy for any campaign. In Google search results, you only have space for 70 characters in your title. If your title is longer than that, it gets truncated (meaning the end will be “….”). (Previous estimates put this number at 50 to 60 characters, but Google recently expanded the width of the search results, and therefore can show slightly longer titles.) What factors do you need to bear in mind? Does keyword usage still apply? There are two types of backlinks, and they are internal backlinks and external backlinks.
Why won’t people engage with my content?
SEO factors have varying weights and no SEO consultant knows the exact weight of each or when these weights change. We’re not going to talk about every SEO factor. This is because Google has over 200 SEO factors and over 10,000 sub-signals for ranking. That is way too much information to digest and remember. Each algorithm change brings
the search engine closer to its intended purpose. It’s getting harder and harder to “game the system” with exploitive linkbuilding strategies and blackhat SEO. How recently your webpage was published is also a ranking signal – but different types of searches have different freshness needs, such as searches for recent events, hot topics, and regularly recurring events.2 As much as it's important to try out new things and experiment with SEO, one thing remains constant -- the importance of title and meta tags.
By incorporating backlinks to reputable sources and optimizing your internal links, you can quickly raise your website’s domain authority from the teens to the forties or so. Don ’t keyword stuff

What is the trustworthiness of the linking domain?
Now's the time for any local business to raise its game. The world of search is a big one; even if you serve a niche industry, there are hundreds -- or even thousands -- of keywords and topics to choose from, and your choices could make or break your strategy. Google is showing Context is King when it comes to indexing people in Google's Index. Gaz Hall
, an SEO Expert from the UK, said: "If an SEO tactic worked for one website that does not mean the same can be successfully applied to another."
Don’t fall into the trap of writing for Google or any other search engine
If your web developer tells you that the website is accessible from a mobile device, don’t just trust him/her. Go over your mobile website yourself and check if you, as a visitor, can do all you want and need to do there. Use the keywords your
audience is searching for. Search engines understand synonyms and similar terminology, so using related keywords in multiple pieces of content helps the bots know what topics your site covers. That said, focusing on keywords for each piece of content you publish still matters. The content on your site should be organized in a logical way. This is not only good for SEO, it also helps visitors on your site find other related content easily. (The longer they stay on your site, the better.) Don't go overboard with your internal linking or you risk overwhelming the reader. One or two relevant links per post is usually a good maximum, with more in longer posts.
